Altamont West Hotel

The property was no to far from the private beach I enjoy, Dr’s Cave. Just a 15 minute walk. I enjoyed being just right her across the street from Harmony park so I had a good view of the oceanfront. The rooms were clean, put together, well lit, and all the utilities ( AC, fridge, microwave, etc…) worked very well. The breakfast was a good size and very enjoyable. The staff were just so friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely recommend.

As a European for breakfast you could have an English or Irish breakfast included ie bacon egg hash brown mushrooms tomato pork sausage all included as a breakfast! Instead of just giving to bacon to eggs or one hash brown and charging a dollar each extra for one egg or bacon extra etc

Oh! oh, the breakfast was super we enjoyed it very much, I personally looked forward every morning to go for my Jamaican breakfast. And I must say the staff were amazing and am sorry I forgot the names of the main persons that served me daily but it was really good. So a big shout out to the staff in the dinning room big up the chef. You all are doing an awesome job please keep it up because we will most definitely be back. And you all deserve a raise. Let me mentioned as well the amazing housekeepers (sorry am kinda bad with names) they are wonderful. Keep up the good work and the great service you are doing. Everyone working together as a team bring success in all areas.

Very friendly receptionist who made the check in process simple. Breakfast was great. Both the Jamaican and Continental breakfast was good. Breakfast is included in reservation. They dont have dinners services currently but will give you good options. The hotel location is very central if you need a quick nice place to stay while doing business in the area or just a cozy stay. Parking was also available on site.

Gorgeous location , great staff (except one). Easy parking. Reception staff and waitress on first day were excellent. Great local knowledge. Security guard would help with traffic when we were leaving as it's slightly on a corner and can be hard to see traffic coming. Easy walk to free beach just across the road with stunning clear water and white sand beach.
